Let's welcome another special guest... JOEL CORRY!
His single "Head & Heart" has been #1 in the UK for 7 weeks already! And now we got him here, sweating with us.. he's still smiling though :D
To be honest, I prepared a "dancy" Song Workout for us. When he saw it, he was like: "Nope, I'm not gonna do that". So I quickly changed it into a hardcore - very male friendly - Fat Burner Routine. Only classic exercises, no hip shakes haha.
He is super duper fit, he trains 7x a week. He had no problems to keep up with me!
We also got another workout coming for you soon... :) and he was struggling a bit during those 10min. You better get readyyyyy...

    Little advice for you watching this: Use this workout to bring your heart rate up before any workout (use it as a warm up after your stretching) + use it in between your strenght training. It will help you burn extra fat

    It was so hard and Painful.... I loved it 🥰🥰 It was so quick that it gave me motivation, I work out every day no matter the length of the video but these five minute videos give me motivation to push through because they’re so quick
