10 MIN BOOB LIFT - B(r)east mode: ON .. Chest Workout for men & women / with weights I Pamela Reif

I asked you how to call this workout on Instagram, my favorite suggestions were:

This workout is also HIGHLY suitable for men! Ask your partner, brother or dad to join. "Chest Day" is a men's favorite day in the gym, right? (I remember that from my ex boyfriend haha)
Get ready for a mix out of Chest Press exercises with weights, Push Up Variations (easy alternative shown) and a Bodyweight Burner in the end. Make sure to SQUEEZE IT hard for the last couple of minutes. Mind-muscle connection has to be on point!
▸ I used 3.5kg, which felt totally fine - except for the last push ups haha. I think I could have went for 5kg as well
▸ Homemade weight: biiiiig water bottles
▸ Heavier homemade weight: fill up bottles with sand or WET sand. That's as heavy as you can make them.

    Can someone teach me how to do the lay down + hold + push push up? I cannot do it for the life of me lol Edit: I was able to do it after a rest. I think when I get stronger I would be able to do them mid workout.

    I loved the workout. My arms felt it most intensely bc duh but other than that i felt the burn more around my breasts that directly in my boobs. But than again i guess there isnt much muscle in the boobs itself. Haha

    I did it with 2kg but I didn't really feel my chest work a lot. What did I do wrong? I'm doing everything with the strength of my chest as much as possible and think about the muscles.

      I don't think it's possible to flatten your chest with workouts. You cannot target weight loss to a certain area, and anyone claiming that they can is lying. All you can do it stretch strengthen and tone your muscles.

    I’ve done this twice, and couldn’t finish. After the first time I needed about 5 days of recovery because my arms and chest were so sore. Goal=finish this!

    For Pam or those who may know: which of these exercises target the centre of the chest? After this workout I was feeling sore in my whole chest, not only on the sides as usually after chest workouts! And that's great but I need to know what to focus on to develop the centre more as the area near my armpits is already quite developed
